Complex machine building made simple with MS 40+ profile system

The latest version of the proven Schüco Design MS 40 profile system is now available from Autarky Automation, the leading UK designer and manufacturer of modular automation systems. The new MS 40+ system features a comprehensive range of components that combine to provide a simple, safe and flexible solution for constructing machine frames, housings and protective guarding.

The MS 40+ system enables virtually any machine construction concept to be realised efficiently and cost effectively. Profiles can be joined seamlessly, with joints and hinges that are completely concealed for an aesthetically pleasing finish. Furthermore, the solution is designed to allow planners, designers and machine builders to create profile systems quickly and simply, often without the need for detailed component and machine drawings or time consuming drilling and milling.

The range of profiles in the MS 40+ system consists of basic and heavy open profiles, which can be specified to meet the static and dynamic demands of an application, and closed contour profiles, which are ideally suited to clean-room and hygiene critical environments. In addition to standard profiles, curved segments of up to 360° are available for maximum flexibility.

The MS 40+ system is complemented by a full range of accessories, including adjustable feet, wheels, handles, hinges, and mounting blocks.
