The CS OC enables efficient transportation, sorting, storing, buffering and supply of components and products.  Individual systems are distinguished by their modular design.

The components required for constructing a line layout tailored to a specific task are assembled from a standardised construction kit. This ensures rapid completion of the planning and implementation phases.

Consistent application of the system philosophy guarantees compatibility with the other extension modules from the Schüco machine constructing system.

These are main advantages over other overhead conveyor systems:

• Variable drawbar lengths - selected for the application in hand:
  CS 38/45 OC: 250 and 400 mm
  CS 80 OC: 200 to 1000 mm
  CS 40 OC T: 545 mm.
• Load pendants can be configured to suit individual needs.
• Variable line configuration - to serve any point in the room.
• Lines can be constructed in virtually any length - governed by number of drives* in line run and by line layout.
• Max. loading capacity per roller/trolley:
  CS 38/45 OC: 10 kg
  CS 80 OC: 30 kg
  CS 40 OC T: 35 kg.
• Drawbars are capable of transferring tensile and compressive forces - no chain tensioning station necessary.
• High profile guide rigidity - wide support intervals.
• Max. conveying speed *:
  CS 38/45 OC: 60 m/min
  CS 80 OC: 100 m/min.
• Recommended temperature range from -10 to +50°C.
• High operational reliability - the friction wheel drive* can be set to provide slip in the event of malfunction or incorrect operation.
• Maintenance work is kept to a minimum:
  drawbar joints require no lubrication
  wear parts are easy to change.
