Proving Baskets or Bannetons are used to hold dough whilst proving. Our system enables the baskets to be destacked ready for loading. The system has three magazines to allow the operator to replenish the baskets whilst the machine actively destacks from the other magazine.
Once destacked, the individual baskets are indexed under the dough feed conveyor and the dough piece is dropped into the waiting basket.
