Our Robotic Lidder and Storage System combines the storage and lidding process in to one compact unit. By taking advantage  of the flexibility offer by the robotic approach, the system dramatically reduced the space requirements usually associated with this type of system.
 
According to demand the robot provides lid compensation and storage to balance the requirements of the tin throughput.
 
The unit has a specially designed Lid Gripper that incorporates height compensation and mis-placed lid detection.
